If the project render pipeline is URP or HDRP or any custom RP, we just need to adapt terrain material by following these steps :
01 : Set Terrain Mode to 'Custom'.
02 : Set the material with terrain shader that working with the render pipeline (HDRP/TerrainLit shader, URP/Terrain Lit shader).
03 : Drag and Drop terrain material for render pipeline into 'Terrain Material' field.
